On Buddhist Iconography, there is an incredible 16 volume encyclopedia written by the current ICCR President of India, Dr Lokesh Chandra. Mind-blowing piece of work ! ( http://www.outlookindia.com/news/article/lokesh-chandra-new-iccr-president/865968 )
Which century is this from ? It seems to be in siddham script.
