Yes there is a Agasti Ashram in Akole Tehsil of Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra State which is still in very good condition. Visited it recently out of curiosity. I have a lot of childhood memories of Agasti Ashram. But it's towards southern part of Nasik and not Northen as mentioned on page no 5.

One of the 40+ large statues of Rishi Agastya from 9th century, at Prabanam ( Param Brahma) temple town near Yogyakarta, Java, Indonesia. Beautifully carved statues of the sage are all around central Java, including the 7th century Dieng Plateau temple town.

Many moods of August - Another from Prabanam, 9th CE

And the oldest ( stone temple pilot) from Kailasa Museum, Dieng Plateau, Central Java - 7th/8th CE

Thanks Ratnesh Mathur!

Thank you for such a GEM.
